Add water to cover carcass of what ever bird. Add some bay leaves celery, carrots and onions in a rough chop around 1 to 2 inch pieces. Simmer on low boil (barley and bubbles rising to top of stock) and reduce by half. Lid off. When reduced by half taste to check strength of natural flavor. Do not be afraid to simmer low and slow to extract all the flavor you can. I have gone 4-6 hours before on poultry carcass. When the natural flavor is where you want it you can add any seasoning you prefer. I usually add kosher salt and black pepper and let it simmer for another 30 minutes or so.

Pretty accurate but I have heard various reports that Putin is trying to keep NATO from expanding to its border. To be honest I don’t know what to believe. I usually ask this quest question: Does this affect my family or I directly? If yes, how and can I change it. If no to the question I move on with my self reliance and self sustaining plans.

Not much of a Metal guy but I like how it shifts to different tempo’s and music. I can see me sitting on a ridge and watching the world burn in solace! Just saying.

@SpagsUnfiltered People often don’t understand me for finding fault where it lies. I agree with you. Evil is evil and the republicans, democrats, and independents are all equally corrupt. The founding fathers wanted the smallest governing body as possible and the slow growth to the mammoth size gubment we have now is knocking on freedoms door and saying “Bitch get the hell out of my way”!

@SpagsUnfiltered Yea it seems the US is trying to start another war because wars make money. I do believe all that money sent to Ukraine is ending back into Zelenskyy and our politicians pockets. Like a twig under severe strain it will eventually snap. That’s when SHTF and crazy stuff starts happening.

Agreed. There are hard wallets to store your crypto although your crypto stays on the block chain you control the digital asset information.
