Building wealth is vital to the Freesteading world view. Like it or not, money makes the world go round. The ability to barter and trade drives the economy and yes, we are all subject to that.
No one will ever become 100% market independent. Even our forefathers who lived off the land had to go to town once a month for supplies.
The number one reason the “bad guys” become so powerful so quickly after every societal event, is because they jump on the money/market game following every crisis.
It’s high time we as Freesteaders turn that narrative around and finally put importance in building wealth to free ourselves of the “need” of the marketplace.
By that, I mean that if you lessen the ability of the “bad guys who serve mamon” to hold influence over you by holding all the financial cards, and make yourself financially powerful, you become freer.
Don’t be the Freesteader who has to chose between a full tank of gas and extra groceries this time. Be able to have both.

Traditionally, it’s the left wing however, that participates in most identify politics. That I think is the point @Billt21 was alluding to? So it’s the left wing of progressive politics that spins one group of “disenfranchised people” against another in order to divide a society.

I think the best term is Progressives. There are progressive right wingers too. To be fair, there are far more progressive left wingers, and they tend to be far more ravenous with how they attack their enemies and easy to identify. The danger in right wing progressives is that no one sees them for what they are. I think that to be a globalist, or part of that ruling elite, you must be progressive. No true conservative, liberal, libertarian or anarchist can be a part of globalist progressive thought.

Your first point is crucial. So many “preppers” buy stuff and stack it on shelves, never using it. Unless you can move, deploy and maintain your items through experience, you are just stacking them for the next guy.

I’ve heard that allergies have to do with liver toxicity. I wonder if fermented foods help with your gut flora in order to cause balance within your body. That naturally helps with issues like allergies possibly?
