    I agree totally. Have not been to the gro store in over a week so I dread going next week. The prices are scary in the south for just simple things like butter, flour, sugar, ect.

    Example

    Store Brand

    Milk (gal) 5.00

    Eggs 4.00

    Bread 1.50

    Butter 1 lb. 5.00

    Sugar 8 lb bag 6.50

    Flour 4 lb 2.50

    What are prices like in your area?

    Hello,

    Even if your neighbors or canny, you always have friends on this group. Keep working on the garden. I have gardened for years and this past year was an expensive fail. I will try again next year.
