Any toxin type infection either via inhalation, injection or a bite, I always use activated charcoal. I always use it when I have to have a MRI with or without contrast, as those can be quite dangerous. It helps quickly with toxins, yet I do not know enough about snake bites, as we don’t experience that often in NH.
I agree a poultice will help, but again, at the hospital, they will probably have things under control by the time a treatment arrives in the mail.Right now, prayer is our strength. God knows her needs. Yet, as a proactive measure, for the future, consider gifting her a snake bite bag of herbal options to hopefully save her from having to run to the hospital. After reading your post, I will be looking at this, “just in case” we have the need.
Blessings and prayers.

My Bibles, Foxfire books, Bushcraft books, all canning/preserving books, books to journal in, gardening books, my note book of things I have learned with lots of notes, herbal books, essential oil books, …basically anything resourceful for homesteading, surviving and thriving.

Praying for you little Zachary that your healing is quick and complete. Mom and Dad, my prayers will include you as well, as I know the stress that comes from having our wees ones in the hospital for a long duration (personal experience as well as seeing my own daughter and her boys). May God’s Grace give insight to the care providers and peace to your hearts. 🙏

This was so interesting to read through the comments.
There are so many guesses that we can make, yet I find myself simply being cautious around those who slip w/their words and actions. Then again, all Christians can falter, yet reach out to God for his unfailing love. Simply saying, I’m human and I sin, even when I have no desire to sin.Yet, the world is so full of evil right now, by design of he who in charge of such evilness, has recruited so many. In doing so, he has even recruited Christians who no longer call out to God. Those we love who have turned is the hardest. Yet, this is what pleases Lucifer. He takes great pleasure in turning souls and their hearts away from our living God.
We will not know who it is until God reveals him/her to us. And with all the mix-up of who’s who’s with whether they are a she/he, I’m not sure if we will really know the sex of the individual.

😊 I love the Beatles. The messages in their lyrics are so vividly clear

Absolutely!! He tells us that the individual will be full of evil, yet not satan. Many have come and live among us, with the evil spirit of lawlessness, yet the antichrist will be that who truly rebels against God and lead many astray.
I agree, what is happening in our world, is the lawlessness of the world and of the spirit, that is what is delusional to those who simply are lost. The more I realized what was going on, the more at peace I have become. Because, in the end, God wins!! Keep the faith folks!! -

I’ve been prepping for a long time, as we have gone through times where the cost was prohibitive. Yet, there is no shame, because all the hardship has trained me to be ready for times like this. We don’t have all that we would like, to be prepped, but we have what we need. Plus, we can do quite a bit on our own, but if we have to, we either adapt, or learn. Never too old to learn.

The thing I have found, is that people put value on things. If you give it away, it must be “bad” LOL b/c so many are not givers. Think about the many who donate at Christmas. They clean their cupboards and donate to the boyscouts and give expired food. That same mindset is extended for when they see something for free. “There must be something wrong”
Yet, I take a different approach. God has given one a venue to fill their vat of need, even for a future moment in time. I consider it a blessing when there is no takers now. God is providing for our future needs.
That being said, a friend reached out and asked if I would take her abundance of cherry tomatoes. I had plenty myself, yet I graciously accepted, and made sauce.
