I do some thing similar. I just haven’t fed it to them yet. I did it for my cat and dog and have about 50 pints canned up. Maybe I should go ahead and crack it open just to make sure they like it!

I do this as well. It leaves me with options. Chicken, beef, pork raw pack. Hamburger partially cooked with the fat/liquid.

I grew sweet potatoes for the first time this year. I’m in 8b Central Texas. Not sure how long they will store here. How do you store yours?

What’s the ratio you use with the molasses? How much per gallon or quart with water?
