Thank you so much for the great video, and in fact it was a real treat for me because, it just brought back such beautiful memories of owning a farm and doing the land prep etc…it was so much fun! Thank you to all, I sure enjoyed reading everyone’s efforts. I love canning and if I had someone giving away tomatoes….I would have been most grateful. If I had extra, my heart would direct me to not only the firefighters in the area, but police and elementary school teachers…both underpaid indeed.❤

I learned about you from Billy at Perma Pasture Farms, at this particular time, Billy was asking for prayer for his good buddy Danny. I didn’t know who Danny was, but Billy did mention Deep South. So I prayed, and then looked up Deep South and I’ve been hooked ever since. From Ocala Florida. Thank you!

I like to fill plastic bottles with water and freeze them because the frozen bottles of water will help to keep the fridge cold if the electricity goes down. Also, after the storm, the bottles of water can be used to flush toilets, and by warming them in the sun, you can bath with them…been there, done that..lol

Hi there everyone! I’m new as well. I found Billy one evening when he was speaking about his dear friend Danny needing prayer. I felt such passion, with his plea for more prayers for his friend, and I did pray for Danny, but didn’t know anything about him. Then, I found Danny’s channel and began watching Billy and Danny both, and enjoyed them so much, and thought to myself, these are the friends that we want to know and be around. I told my husband about them, and so we began watching together. Now, we are super excited to be a part of this group as well. I already felt the caring, and kindness that is so genuine here, when I shared with Darren about our dilemma, of wanting to move but not being able to find anything. So, he shared with me, where to go to check out properties that are listed for folks that might be interested. This is such a huge blessing to have folks that you don’t even know, willing to take your concern to heart and offer some hope. Especially, when on a daily basis we are listening, and learning about how the conditions all around the world are on the downside….that’s trying to be gentle about it. Bountiful and Boundless Blessings to the folks that worked so tirelessly, and diligently to develop and implement this channel. Thank you all.🙏

Hello, I also live in Florida, Central the Ocala Palms area. However, looking to move. Every time I watch the different channels and see everyone at the farm and raising their own food, I start looking for another place to move to. 🙏

I am a workaholic as well, I am always working on a project, and like to sit back and see the fruits of my labor. Thank you for all the good information. Yes, please let me know if you hear anything. I’m going to list my home FSBO and fully furnished and turnkey. I believe that makes my home more marketable to out of State folks and also folks that are just looking for an investment rental, because upon closing, if they wanted to rent it out on day one they would be able. I’ve done this before and I actually had a price war going on, so even though this is a different real estate market, I’m praying this will also be the case this time as well. Of course there will be capital gains taxes to pay….and even though I don’t want to give the gov’t money…..just because, I will gladly do what it takes to get out of this community….lol. Question; what do you think will happen outside of that window? I had to stop listening to a couple of Youtube channels, because it was just do depressing. One guy spoke about people will be extinct on this earth by 2030. Well, I started thinking about all the dollars they make by having visitors to their site because of all the ads, and then drew the parallel of mainstream media and their sensationalism and of course getting rich because of commercials. along with the statement”…if it bleeds, it reads” mentality. So, keeping a reality check on it all. I do know and believe that we are going to have very tough times to go through, and without a doubt, hence the reason for becoming self sustaining, and being around like-minded folks that support one another.

Hi there! I am outside the city limits, but not good enough. Do you know about any properties for sale in your area? How wonderful to have had a farm for 35 years! We had a farm for 15 years but had to sell everything we owned due to my husband’s health. But, so thankful that he’s find now and we’re ready to return to that farming lifestyle. Oh how I wish I still had that 10 acres…..but can’t look back only forward😉

God bless you, that’s a lot of work by yourself. I really don’t care where we go, and Marion is fine, and my husband doesn’t care. He told me that wherever I think is the best location, he’s all for it. Well, having said that, I also want cheaper taxes. My taxes went from $1600, to $3100, and of course all the utilities really took a hike up, and our HOA went up twice in one year….that didn’t make me happy. But, more than all that, you can’t live the life that we want here. I want to raise my own food….veggies, fruits. chickens, etc. I also do a lot of food prep, and travel to Plant City to buy bulk for canning….but I would rather raise my own, because I don’t know what they really put on this stuff. I ask questions, but always feel that they tell me what I want to hear….you know what I mean. ☹
