Does anyone know what this is. What you can do with it. It has taken a big part of our garden up.

It looks like a lemon cucumber I grew last year.

Looking at the leaves, may be edible. Maybe you got a volunteer hybrid of something you may have planted there? Someone would know for sure.

Definitely a lemon cucumber! I planted two seeds this year. They were so prolific they took over! I had to feed a lot of them to my chickens! Not that I’m complaining. I made dill and bread and butter pickles out of a lot of them and they came out awesome!

I have some green ones and yellow, so I’m guessing pick them when their yellow. Thank y’all for your help.
