We use the six foot chainlink dog panels. With a Green shade tarp for 1/2 the top and white netting for the rest. Thinking about using Joel’s or Justin’s methods of portables but even though we are in the desert, coyotes and wolves are close by, not to mention dropped of dogs. We’ve been attacked once and that was when they were free roaming in the vegetable garden just before spring.

I don’t hate people for their choices. I just don’t feel I have to support their lifestyles. Nor do I want their lifestyles influencing my children, grandchildren, or even great grandchildren.

The one thing I wish we would have done with ours, is have a front and back doors. It would make it so much easier to do things. Since ours has a door that opens to the driveway and their yard is in opened the to our backyard. Just a thought. Hubby is going to put a door in the back as soon as the doc releases him to do normal activities.

If you have provided a shelter they’ll be fine. If not take a trash can and turn it on its side and put two pieces of 2×4 on either side in order to stabilize the can from rolling. Be sure you put some straw or hay on the bottom for their footing. It will provide a temporary shelter from the rain.

If you shut off your phone doesn’t that work too? Only turning it on when needed?

Oh my gosh, I’ve been on quinine sulfate for years… the prescription now cost 600$ a month! I am supposed to take 3 pills a day. My new medical insurance will not pay for that, I just retired. I had no idea salt was a solution, that I could drink salt water. How many times a day do you all drink the Himalayan (?pink) salt water? I’m so glad I found this resource. Thank you for sharing

I’m not a big TV fan either, although I think I replaced it with the computer. LOL
