Interesting the results of different testing.

I mostly just freeze in jars but I am careful about what I vacuum seal in them because of expansion and have not bothered to vacuum seal any in a long time. I also freeze in reusable silicone bags which is nice for things that would otherwise take up a lot of freezer real estate using jars or other containers. I do have some glasslock containers I freeze in from time to time and they work well.

I have not used these, but curious and would consider trying. I would consider the square units, as the round ones will take up freezer space.

What I use are square glass containers with lock lids, which work great for reheating bulk meals that I downsize for lunch meals for my husband. In addition, I use freezer bags for items I want to have a flat form, so that they can stack, saving me space.

    Thank you for sharing

I use food saver bags to store cheese as I get 6 months worth at a time. This works great for me and I wash the food saver bags and re-use them. I have tried Mason jars in freezer but have destroyed them with temp shock so I have stopped doing that…
