Congrats!
I just want to say congratulations for another fantastic SRF. I got to meet a lot of nice similiar mided folks from all over the country. I had lunch with Tag and others on Saturday at Big Daddy’s and really enjoyed the down to earth people from Kansas and east TN.
I went to the medical training on Friday, and on my way back to the hotel, I almost hit a deer on highway 641. At least I could have fixed myself. lol That night, the storm knocked power out at the hotel for about an hour, but I had a flashflight(Prepping 101) and a book, so no problems there. Since I had gone to the SRF last October, I didn’t use GPS, except manuevering through Birmingham to find a beekeeper supply store and bought a hive. It was kind of sad to head home and have to face work on Tuesday.
I can’t wait until the next one!

Definitely a great event. I can not recommend it enough. Learned a ton and got to meet a ton of great people. Anyone close it’s worth the trip.

I met people who flew to Memphis from Oregon, then rented a car and drove to Camden. Another couple drove down from upstate NY. My drive was only 7 hours(NW FL) so I felt kind of blessed. lol

We are Indiana it was about 7 hours. We will definitely go back.

my 2 ND. Time at srf. I was selling plants this year. Got to talk to alot of great people. Had a good time. 6 hrs to home. The whole experience was great.
