A Founder of FreeSteading and the Owner of the YouTube channel Life Done Free

Life Done Free was created in response to the worlds overreaching bureaucracy. Forced out of a 25-year career over the ” Thing”.  Never again was my mantra. Today we live completely off grid in the beautiful state of Kansas.  We build our home ourselves. We built it to be modern and efficient. Our water comes from 3 separate sources. We have a well, a 7700-gallon rainwater collection system and a 2-acre pond. All of which, can feed our house. Our power comes from the Freedom Electrical Coop.  We utilize solar as our primary form of power. We will add wind in the months to come. 

Today our gardens, livestock and pond provide a percentage of our basic food needs. we will continue to expand these efforts.
