Food Preservation Group
How about adding a food preservation forum? In that same vein, perhaps contact you tube Rose Red Homestead to be a part of this community. She does her research and knows her stuff pretty well. I would not reccomend 99 percent of most food preservation channels. Most don’t understand the science. I’m picky about food safety.

Agree, anything food preservation. Love to see Stacy from off-grid-living-with-Doug-and-Stacy on YT, she has lots of knowledge and does much the Amish way.

I second the motion to recruit RoseRed Homestead and begin a food preservation/safety forum here! Food supplies in this economy are just too critical to gamble on. Pam and Jim are some of the most credible safety sources out there.

I definitely agree and would like to see a food preservation forum. I do canning, dehydrating, herbal tinctures and salves. Grow ’em and use ’em throughout the year.
