We got the crutches from a thrift store. And about a month later, I stuck my foot with the sharp side of a t-post. Again, God’s timing was perfect. I used the crutches to get around for a couple of days.

Oh my gosh! Right!!? I had been off of FB for about a month when I asked my husband to use his phone (he still has FB) to check the church FB page for something, and I grabbed it and clicked the FB icon and it asked me, “would you like to switch accounts?” It had never ever asked him that. We had old phones with no face recognition crap. We both freaked out and now turn off phones all wi-fi and lock all devices when not using.

I do not have an analog thermometer. That’s an excellent thing to have! I’ll have to get one 👍

Haha. Not a joke at all actually. If you get stuck in a storm shelter, you’ll wish you had something to do when there is no power, internet, cell service or anything else.

All of that stuff is in the tubs. Lots of bandages, band aids, gauze, cottonballs, slings, antibiotic creams and antiseptics. All tools like tweezers, scissors, sutures, blood pressure kit, ice packs, heat packs, muscle rubs and ligiments. An important thing to make sure we have also is surgical gloves. I really don’t think I’m missing anything. But please let me know if anyone thinks of anything else I may need.

Yes. Thank you. I watch Josh and Carolyn regularly. They are a great source of homesteading info.
