I think I like your mom!😄 Having a sense of humor in adversity is a blessing.

I’ve gone several different routes to stockpile most of the regular medications I currently take as well as antibiotics that will be needed during SHTF.
1. I sat down and had an honest conversation with my doctor (the only one I trust to do this with, not all doctors) about my concerns about future potential shortages and worldwide economic events and asked if he had any ideas that could help me potentially build a backup supply of my medications. This was especially helpful because right now one of my medications is in extremely short (almost nonexistent) supply. Thankfully I have a decent backup supply, even though I know at some point it will still run out.
2. I researched for a very long time about how to get supplies of certain medications, including antibiotics, from reputable sources that don’t require prescriptions. This was before Jase Medical came out and now Contingency Medical who does the same as Jase. I found some pharmacies overseas (not China) and in Canada where certain medications can be acquired but that was back when the shortages were just beginning and I was concerned that any orders might get stuck on a ship off the coast or going through customs. Canada is still an option if you’re willing to chance it. I’m still considering it when I have available funds.
3. I learned about acquiring antibiotics to “keep my pets healthy” and the dosing etc. and I did start stocking some supplies of these. They are a less expensive alternative and work exactly the same because (as I learned from the kids’ vet) they’re essentially the same exact medication. Only the dosing is different. It’s not difficult to research this and possibly make your own little medication reference guide to have on hand when you need it.

I’ve never really been a seller, so my interest in that aspect (at least for now) is minimal at best.
My interest/experience as a buyer though, has gone parabolic since I started prepping almost three years ago. I would be far more interested in buying/trading with more like minded people vs giving my business to companies/platforms that’re woke, greedy and mostly based in China (with vague US based business addresses to get around the ‘US only’ filters.) As I progress in my preparedness journey (get land, start to build etc.) I believe having a marketplace setting could actually be an incredible benefit for obvious reasons but it could also eventually lead into me potentially becoming a seller/trader like many that’ve already expressed interest and have that experience.

MemberDecember 10, 2022 at 12:33 pm in reply to: Banks Denying Credit/Debit Card Transactions for gun/supplies purchasesThank you for this Pinball. With all these ESG companies and their nonsense I knew it wouldn’t be long until one connected to another. Ex: Mastercard tracking, restricting and/or changing certain policies to stomp on customers Constitutional rights. Banks, credit unions debit/credit cards and even store credit cards 9x out of 10 will have the Mastercard or Visa logo. So there is a possibility that it may not be the banks themselves but Mastercard putting this garbage in place. Not that the banks shouldn’t bear the responsibility or consequences, because they absolutely have the choice to one finger salute Mastercard too. I’ve been waiting and watching to see if my credit union does anything like this because they are Mastercard affiliated too. I have noticed that they have changed the way they label certain businesses transactions on my online statement.

I am most thankful to the Lord for saving my life when I wasn’t even a believer and turning my path around and giving me purpose when I was so lost.
I’m thankful for all the great people I’ve found who’ve given me a tremendous amount of their own time, knowledge and advice to help me along my journey.
I’m thankful for my Jasper, who’s been my dogtor, therapist, life saver, best friend and support buddy for 9.5 amazing years.
There really isn’t much that I can’t be thankful for. My life today is a complete 180 from where I was only 5 years ago.

Animal antibiotics are the same antibiotics for humans, made by the same companies. There is no difference. As always, it is your choice what to do concerning yourself and your family.

I recognize your right to freedom of speech and expression but EVERYONE here has those same exact rights. You do have a choice whether to watch or not, comment or not, but constant confrontation isn’t going to win you any friends

Thank you for this. It’s something I really need to know. Had some really horrendous revelations recently that now I’m gonna need to go back and fix (replace)🤦♀️

Thank you Tag. I know if we all continue to work together we’ll find these little app gremlins and sweep them out.

I’ll look into it. Thank you.

Triple8farms,
This is something I’ve tried to study off and on for several years now and I’ve asked others specific questions but to date nobody has an answer. When initially checking my documentation for the telltale signs of corporate ownership that many have discussed, I noticed all of my documents are capitalized… except 1. My BC is NOT capitalized. I need to find someone who can tell me what this could mean and what potential positive/negative benefits this could entail?

The point is to get you to actually look into the information for yourself and not just spoon feed the headline readers. That’s the problem with today’s society. Everyone wants the convenience of having things spelled out for them so they don’t have to take the time to look up information.
