Personally I have every kind and symptoms migraine even cluster headache, still I choose not to take anything because it will come with a price to pay. Reacting to everything, light, wetter, food, drink (drink no alcohol) and so on. Can loose my vision in just a couple of minutes, so if i notice I have to park as fast as possible and take a rest for half a hour to a hour. Driving home sick and go to bed in a dark room. No light, sound, smell etc, but that is not always possible than I have to finish sick.
It is for every person different, to make the choices. Depends on what you can take and can function, we can not say what to do or not. Just our experience and choices, Sorry.

Same here just to show children you can grow your own food in small spaces.

The Bresse and Barbezieux chicks more young chickens but ok you will get the picture, are making there round around the tunnel. In there chicken tractor that is, after they are moved seeding gras and so.
O boy do they love there greens, if they are let loose they run around the fruit trees. Our sun catches they to put them in there coop.

Found a old high arch model, Mr. Dany witch tool do you use on your high arch?
Now we got some old ones that every one can use and not have to be changed. And the new ones for own use, in the market garden.

Filling my husband presses freeze dried coffee glasses with rice, beans And so. Maybe it is more visible than for a man?

How about we just use the word freesteading everytime we talk about homesteading? We all know what we are talking about, others wil question. Maybe freesteading wil not be deleted anymore.

Rest or more falling apart in bed, is all left to do. No meds or so for me, but that is my choice.

You are right, it helps and if you forget you will notice it right away.
Even before going to bed magnesium, to prevent cramps or restless legs or headache.
As far as I know alway have a “light” headache, it is what it is.

Can not even imagine how that black friday over food will be, for sure my husband is not going shopping.
What makes it hard and I can not understand, is that the parents from my husband (thank God they do not have to go true these harsh times) lurned from the war. And told stories how hard it was and alle they had to do, to get food on the table. And they promised to never let that hapen to their childres.
Such a sweet family but realy German, they had no choice and were forced in to all that was wrong. I lost most my family, thank God I was born. No stories from the side I do not have to explain, but one story from a brother from my father, that our family did so mutch resistance and become a gratitude letter from the Royal family from UK and Netherlands.
I always remeber euch year all fallen ones, still it is a risk to openly show so I do not. But we all have Hebrew names with a fitful meaning. It is amazing how stupid people can be and yes it should hurt, hating what they do not see and recoqnce ore understand.

Thank you for your information, sounds like a educational program for the children. Hopefully more to come for years.
I am aware that they can be picky eaters, our son is not he eats all he can raw and cooked but he crow up with fresh home cooked food. Sadly most children do not even know all fresh produce and not tasted vegetables or fruit. Fast food and factory food, that is why they are picky.
We got all kinds of shapes, colors and taste, easy to crow for children. And can take from the market garden produce. Also growing in small spaces like pottery, buckets, bags and containers, so they can take plants with them and grow at there Kindergarten, school and home.
