If you find more plants for sale just make sure they are not root bound in the pot. You Don’t want stunted plants. Maybe trade a friend for a few plants with something you have an excess of?

I figured it out!!!! It’s a round zucchini!!!!
Suppose to pick when the size of a softball….not the size of a pumpkin. Good news? Gonna process the seeds , hoping they are viable. Been told it’s heirloom variety.

We have horrid soil. We have had to employ the “pinball method”. This year I think I grew tomato leaves. Live and learn. Will be happy with whatever I get!

My daughter thinks the grand dropped pumpkin seeds but those are salted and cooked so …not thinking that’s where it came from. Sure can’t deny it’s “somethin”! I would prefer squash like acorn or winter or zucchini but will be grateful for whatever it is!
