Don’t give up. I have had some PATHETIC PLANTS. Sometimes they take off. If you find more plants for sale just make sure they are not root bound in the pot. You Don’t want stunted plants. Maybe trade a friend for a few plants with something you have an excess of?

I figured it out!!!! It’s a round zucchini!!!!

Suppose to pick when the size of a softball….not the size of a pumpkin. Good news? Gonna process the seeds , hoping they are viable. Been told it’s heirloom variety.

We have horrid soil. We have had to employ the “pinball method”. This year I think I grew tomato leaves. Live and learn. Will be happy with whatever I get!

My daughter thinks the grand dropped pumpkin seeds but those are salted and cooked so …not thinking that’s where it came from. Sure can’t deny it’s “somethin”! I would prefer squash like acorn or winter or zucchini but will be grateful for whatever it is!
