We had great success with the Buffalo Seed Company last year. The plants handled the heat and we a great crop

I have been trying to follow the happens on this. The one thing I can believe with 100 % confidence , is that what ever they tell us is a spin for some type of political gain

I know many people who had this issue. My first reccomendation is to make sure you are planting seeds that are adapted to your region. Next make sure you are using a lot of mulch in order to keep the water in .

For example Bee watered her tomatoes 3 times all year. She has a large mound of dirt ,covered in hay about 8 inches deep. She planted great seed and she had a great crop this year. I had purchased some shade cloth but didn’t end up using it this year.

Hey, one more thing. I would stay away from a 7/12 pitch roof. I would use a 6 /12 . Reason is the 6/12 is a common pitch and most things are availible for it ( stove pipe flashing, for example)

40 foot is a big span exspecially because you want it to hold real weight. I am assuming that you want them clear spanning. You will probably be forced to use a floor truss. If your willing to put a wall down the center of the bottom floor you could use TGI beams or something simular. I have a very good friend who designs trusses for a living. I walked through a tutorial of the app. It on freesteading and also the freesteading youtube page. Watch the video, it will help a lot.

If freesteading touches the money it will have to collect sales tax. There will also have to be a fee for selling, buying or some combination. I’m not going to foot the bill . Everything is still being discussed , which is why I’m asking. We could also just do a simple buy/sell group that just connects the buyer and seller. This would push the costs of taxation, reporting and the like onto the seller. I don’t want to spend a bunch if money if the intest is small

I would try that. I did that and it fixed my issues
