You’re not alone in this remembering every plant. Just yesterday I was bringing a pot inside before the coming freeze and set it next to the pot of Oregano. I stood back and looked at both plants and thought, “what is this plant?” It looked very similar to the Oregano. LOL I started thinking is this a different variety, etc? Finally, I did the sniff/taste test. Sure enough, the O had much stronger smell and taste, and was distinctly different from the other plant. I decided the new addition is Thyme because it was more earthy and sweet.
Sorry for rambling on but I do find plants, especially culinary/medicinal, very interesting.

Beans are low acid. IMO, pressure canning is the safest way to can them.

IMO, the only reasonable use for balaclava mask is for disguise or keeping face warmer in cold weather. It’s not going to stop a virus and not likely to stop an airborne pathogen. Might test the effectiveness of your fabric mask by wearing while using aerosol paint. If you can smell the chemicals, you’re inhaling them.

Thank you for restating this about mask vs virus. Still can’t imagine how people believe their little cloth and paper masks are a good thing. SMH. The willful ignorance is real.

Yes, and it works well for me. I use mineral tubs as 5 gal buckets are too small, IMHO.

I haven’t used cash at the gas pump in ages. How does this work? If you have to pre-pay, how do you avoid your amount getting stolen before you get back to your car? I’ve read several accounts of people paying inside and when they get to their car, someone else is pumping (stealing) the gas into their own car.
I’ve decided that using gift cards at the pump might be a solution. What do y’all think?

Thanks, MartHale7, for the pocket-wallet-car tip. I’m a bit obsessive about keeping all the denominations in order so I’ll end up standing at the check-out, sorting the bills. You raised my awareness. Will be doing the sorting AFTER getting in the car and locking the doors. Also, the regular shoppers will likely appreciate not having to wait while my ducks get in a row. 😆😆😆
