What is everyone’s thoughts on the US and world having the Central Banks implement CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCY and eliminate cash currency or the ability to private financial transactions?

This is precisely why we MUST establish an alternative economy. We have to get over our shyness, over our hermit like behavior, over our distrust and work as a community.
Long have I advocated that we should be spending our time, money and resources with each other. Yet there is this odd apprehension in the prepper-verse where people have this bad attitude about money and capital and a willingness to spend more with those we should trust.
I would pay more for a service or good from you than I would from Walmart. We also should be willing to barter with each other.
It’s time for the preppers and homesteaders of the world to shed their anti-capitalistic attitude and charge forward in a new Free Market.

Bitcoin is the unstoppable digital currency. The more that get on it the easier it will be to overt CBDC. bartering too will be needed. People need to get debt free.

If you think the government is going to let any crypto be legal you might want to think twice, they will make sue that their is no other legal coin except FEDCOIN 😆

Truth! I think homesteading communities will need to come up with parallel economies/financial systems.

I’m thinking use the parallel economy in your community on the QT. The problem with CBDC is that they can leverage it to shut you down if you do not comply such as you can’t purchase beef or no gas or diesel vehicles allowed. No cash system means the loss of freedom. Everything will be traceable. You will be a slave to the machine. So having an underground parallel economy / currency will prevent gubmnt over reach. Bringing on homesteading communities closer to you can strengthen your system. When Enough people don’t comply it will be really difficult to stop. Not enough manpower to stop it. Obviously they will try to make examples of some to put fear in the masses. The NWO want everyone in populated areas for ease of control. Rural communities will be hard to manage. The more we become self reliant and self sufficient the harder it is to bring down. The more our community can network the harder it will be to defeat IMHO.

@Sojourner we will all have to “hide” within the system to some extent. But if I comes to taking the Mark…we have to become criminals. My soul isn’t worth a loaf of bread (easier said than done I know).
