    here are a couple of ideas

    1. park up around the corner from the fifteen 15 minute marker then walk to the other side where you have friend or family or colleague et-al waiting the other side who have also parked around the corner and voila you have non-consented to and have scuppered their plan
    2. start up local businesses and farmers-markets in your area just like we had back in the day like butchers greengrocers fishmongers haberdashery bakeries hardware ironmongers drapers cobblers furniture corn-chandlers-and-pet and much more
