I love saving seeds so I have a small etsy shop where I sell them. I also have regular egg customers. My husband tells me that I should start listing my knitted socks on etsy as well but I am on the fence about that. It may be the people I hang around with but everyone I know can make their own socks, mittens, etc. I didn’t think I would have any customers for that kind of thing. And, I would be paranoid over the quality – I would make them and think they were great and someone would get them and not like them.
My husband and I do scrap with our son and it helps us to make extra money we have learned over the years how to sort and clean the scrap to get more money out of it and my husband when he is feeling OK works on lawn tractors, lawn mower, and anything with an engine once he gets it running we sell it
I was the same way, and shared one with a friend that is a children’s book writer. She, eventually talked.me into making a book. All of my poems are from personal experiences. The photo is the back cover. My publisher, BOCH Publishing, created it. I finally came to the conclusion that what good is it for me to write if I don’t share it. Yes it helps me but if I can help one other person even better. If you are feeling lead to publish go for it!
We find things many call junk for either free or little of nothing. My son has a restoration area in our shop and brings what used to be “Junk” back to life. We keep what we need and sell the rest to put toward other things. The system works very well for us.
