I notice your potato hiller . We just got the same one. In zone 7 just about to use in. Advice on depth to start with or anything else?

I have to adjust it every time I use it. I do my best guess and adjust accordingly. I hate the wedge bolts. I want to get some regular mounts for the shanks where you can adjust your shank depths by loosening and tightening bolts.

Good job, but consume few potatoes.

We try to limit our taters also.They’re easy to grow & store pretty well. I like to keep them just in case. That & I have a friend with 4 boys. I like to share.

So far i don’t do as well with sweet potatoes .
