For those who see a page like this while it’s still up, use https://archive.org/web/ to save it before it gets taken down.
I didn’t get in there soon enough to do it myself.

Hi, thank you for your interest in the public hearing for the weather modification license application. Below you will find the Microsoft Teams link. Please be aware of the following:
1 Public comment will be limited to three (3) minutes per individual.
2 The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) Weather Modification License is only for the portions of the project related to modifying the weather (the conversion of sea or lake water to water vapor and released into the atmosphere for purposes of causing precipitation) and not any other part of the project and therefore we will only accept comment on that portion of the project.
3 ODA is only evaluating the weather modification application on the three criteria below and will only accept comment on these three criteria. This project will require other local, state, and federal license and permits where public comment may be permitted.
a The applicant’s qualifications to operate the equipment and project.
b The beneficial use to agriculture and/or forestry.
c The health and safety to the public.
If you have any questions, feel free to call me.

The hubris of man, to think himself not only capable of modifying the weather, but worthy.
