This is why, we need ever-increasing numbers of community-sized, neighborhood-sized market gardens and “farms”. But they can only exist if people directly support them. Grow your own, or buy directly from someone local who does, and you know how they grow. Bypass the big corporations.

Yes, it will cost more, immediately out of pocket at the point of sale. But with the quality of the food, the quality increase of the community, and the resiliency to the local food system, is worth it.

The “cost more”… argument is about to go away. Inflation will make it more reasonable to grow your own the way I am looking at the world now….. I agree with you solution, will the gov let us do it? As of now the gov runs out lives.

Perhaps, when enough of us remember and begin acting like “The Government” is us, and not some self-important suits that have weaseled their way into an office, we won’t have to ask that question.

Controling villifying farmers has always been a political tactic to get and keep control of the food supply and quality. We simply do not comply or attach ourselves to any gov’t agencies or regulations. Make your own fertilizer, butcher your own animals. Never participate in their programs or take their money. Never contract with them. Sell directly and locally. Let the people, groceries etc who want your food come to you. Stop taking it to them. Stop feeding zoo animals so they can learn to come to you for the food or make their own. Make shre you are feeding yourself, your family and your local community if you have surplus first. Refuse to create dependent people.

Very well said!! Here here. If you want some of mine, pick up a shovel or rake and contribute, unless you are literally elderly, extremely physically disabled, or an infant, and are part of my community and we have surplus. Nobody should be expecting a free ride when SHTF because they mocked everyone who was warning them this would happen, for years. Y’all had time to prepare, you blew it off on your “act like normal” lifestyle.

Just as Noah once warned the people before the great flood and no one listened.
