    Sweet Potatoes

    We were blessed to get a box of MS sweet potatoes at a local market that brings them in for resale. After inspection I am pretty sure they have been washed. They look super clean. Any way I can still cure for dry storage for a few months? I plan on canning a few but I do love a baked sweet potato and I use baked ones for my pies during the holidays.
