    Sugar cane

    I live in western Arkansas. I would like to try growing sugar cane. I went in a market yesterday that was sugar cane. Can you sprout this cane, if so what do I look for to determine the best of what they have.

    As far as I know it’s like bamboo. If you have good nodes on it you can plant a section and it should root. I don’t want to lead you wrong so here’s a video from someone that’s actually doing though.
