Pecan Shelling
Does anyone have a suggestion on the best pecan shelling machine or device? I have several large pecan trees and am beginning to hear them hit the roof pretty often. I doubt that the harvest will be good this year with the drought we had, but even if it’s not I’d like to be prepared for next time.

Danny has a video showing the homemade pecan cracker he has. But it does one at a time. It is his pasttime to sit at night and crack pecans. Danny made the box like his dad did, but we bought the cracker at a hardware store. I am sure they are available online, too.
