That’s exactly what I had a day ago and within like two seconds, everything went blank – white screen.

Just tonight, everything was back up again and I didn’t even have to sign in.

This has been an issue. This issue has been pushed up the pipe. I don’t know why it’s doing it. Some people experiance, most do not. It has happened to me before.

@TagNBee I am having the attached issue with messages. It is clear that I have a message. I click on the message icon and get the following. I can click on VIEW INBOX and sure enough, I have a message. This happens sporadically as well as me HAVING a message but I get no notification or it doesn’t show on the message icon that I have one. I use a PC or Chromebook when this occurs. It is not a critical problem as I am in the habit now of clicking on messages & view the inbox. Thought I would mention it as it does happen 2-3 times a week.
Apologies to anyone that sends me a message & I don’t respond promptly.

I’ve had this issue ever since I downloaded the app so I haven’t been able to use it for over a month now. Thanks for all you do Tag!

I had the same thing happen. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. No more issues.
