My 80 year old father and my husband laying off rows with my dads “Green Acres Tractor”. My father, husband and I built a small green house last year and looking to get some sort of way to extend our growing season and would love to win this! I tried to think of how to express why we needed this more than someone else (in one sentence), but realized everyone probably feels that they need it more than others. So, my one sentence is :

I sent the email did not realize it had to be posted here also. I am a female in my late 70’s, last fall my hoop house was destroyed by a lightning strike to a tree nearby and a micro burst came through and twisted the tree and it landed on my hoop house. I managed to get some of it back together and had fresh greens all winter. Right now I am building a fence around the garden with pallets and creating a different style of hoop house for the winter.
