We have an artesian well we pull from.

No we have deeded access. On the property I have a pond and wet weather creek. Pond is supplied by a low flow spring and the creek. Planning to add rain catchment systems into everything though. With the current structures we have enough surface area to collect enough rainwater for all our needs. May add a few more small ponds though.

First garden I planted here did okay, but I literally harvested a sidewalk full of rocks. My grandson said “hey, maybe you can sell those, Lowes does “😂

Everyone back in GA asks me what grows best in northern Arkansas. My answer… rocks. If I go for a walk, I stumble on a rock. If I dig a hole, I find a rock. If a tree falls over, I find several rocks. If I need a rock, I find a stick… wait!? What?

I miss them thar rocks. In PA, I always found rocks when I needed them. In SC… just clay. Pouting…

The rocks were actually part of the draw for me. For many rocks are a nuisance but for me I see building material.
