Go to forums , find appropriate group, start discussion. For example if you wanted to start a discussion on chicken, go to the barn and start the discussion

Hey everybody, we are currently looking for land, around 20 acres in western Missouri or eastern Kansas. I’m looking for advantages, disadvantages of either state, I can see land, prices, and property taxes but if we find property that has a tear down house and we have to build a new house. Where would we run into the least amount of regulation.
