Hi all..accidentally ran into ur feed and became interested because I too have been concerned with this issue. After severe hurricanes in my area I had to find an alternative. I tried the spray bottle and ran into the molecules of water just being too large for the desired effect. I resorted to adding herbs to boiling water creating a “tent” over it that was as airtight around my head as I could safely make it and did inhalation until I just about fell asleep in it. Mind you this was definitely a last resort but when u can’t get oxygen in nothing seems too far gone. I had never heard of mullein being a treatment so will be looking into that…thanks.
