So I have been “learning my land” and found a patch of jewel weed (nature’s hydrocortisone) and plantain (so much goodness, but medicinally a “drawing” quality) I have made salve with excellent results. My other salve is comfrey calendula for bumps and bruises and cuts and scrapes. Right up my alley. I have also made turkey tail shelf mushroom tincture, which is antibacterial and antiviral. Got me through the big “C” without infection. I am an unrepentant unvaxxed RN for 30+ yrs/acupuncturist for 10 yrs.

Any secrets out there to “rejuvenate” an older “tired” electric poultry net that isn’t conducting electric as well as it used to? Any broken strands (only 1 or 2) have been repaired. Ground rod, check. 110 outlet from the house isn’t tripped, check, extension cords all work, check, neg to the ground and positive to the fence, check, grass isn’t grounding it out (no rain for a few days), check. It gets about 2.5K volts on my tester, when it used to go up to 6-8K volts. The dog had a bad experience and now steers very clear. Any advice appreciated!

I just got done watching the vlog Greenhouse in the Snow, where they grow many varieties of citrus with geothermal heat in Nebraska. It is so ingenious!

My property backs to undeveloped park land near a state scenic waterway. We have an abundance of pawpaws, and was able to save seeds, but rooted cuttings are always great for another resource to grow them on my property.

Praise our Greatest Physician God for a friend who had a cecal (intestinal) mass resected 29 lymph nodes removed for biopsy. ALL Negative. Recovery isn’t roses and cherries, but he has had more steps forward than reverse.

I’ve been beating this drum for a while in beta testing. I am hoping when the marketplace rolls out, it would contain that functionality. I also asked for a hardiness zone forum, so that more landrace seeds are traded, as well as a music forum. The anthem here could be Lukas Nelson’s song, Turn Off the News and Build a Garden. It is worth a listen. We are on the right track!

I can totally get behind that with an AMEN brother! Well said Tony

So glad you came over and opened a channel. I’ve been listening to your podcast and I am trying to find an Ohio mag here. No joy so far. Thanks for being ruggedly independent and so pragmatic. I am a recent follower and Tactical sounds like every person’s dream, as a neighbor. Handy as the pockets on a vest.
