Hi guys! I’m kinda new. I didn’t realize this was here and am trying to learn how to do this social network. I’m excited to meet people who are “growing” in all kinds of ways.
I live in zone 7b/8a in Mississippi. This is my first winter with an 8×11 greenhouse so I’m enjoying trying everything! Thanks for allowing me to be part of your group. I look forward to “meeting ” you all.

Oh I’m in 7b/8a depending on which graph you use in Mississippi

I have a small greenhouse with a room heater. I have been growing snap peas, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, carrots and spinach for months. I have started some tomatoes green beans peppers etc with plans to grow as much as I can in the greenhouse. I have many cold vegetables in bags outside that I can move into the aisle in the greenhouse if the temperature drops too low.

Hi guys! I’m new to all this so please excuse my ignorance. I have a very small 8×13 greenhouse. During the freeze (8 degrees) my little greenhouse stayed around 50 degrees. I used 2electric room heaters and “lowered the ceiling to about 4 foot. I picked my first broccoli Saturday. ❤️

Ooo I bet it’s cold there. I love snow!

Hi B.Lynn! I’m in the backwoods in Choctaw county and love it:) Are you planting anything yet?

I have them growing in a corner of my greenhouse. I had some hay there to help keep things warm so I just threw some potatoes there literally. They are flowering now so we will see…
