Praying for sweet Zachery!

Comfrey Root poultice for sprains. Poured a small amount of boiling water over a small amount of Comfrey Root. Stirred with a wooden spoon, until the gel formed from the root. Added “witch hazel” (loathe that name). Applied the poultice to the sprained area, thickly. Added gauze on top of poultice, as it gets messy. Wrapped the affected area in plastic wrap. Applied heating pad, until the pain subsided. Left the poultice on overnight. Did this twice for sprained/fractured(?) ankles, TWICE, from two times of spraining both ankles and feet! Prayed to God for guidance, in paying attention, while walking! Also, thanked Him for overnight healing! Both times, I was walking the next day, as if nothing had happpened. The sprains were bad and bruised. The first time, I heard phalanges(sp.?)/bones snap in both feet, when I injured them. God is good!
