    Hi ! I was wondering how you made your sauerkraut. I love to eat it but don’t know how to make it.

    Well we are in zone 5 and had about the same thing here. We had to replant a lot of things and the garden did fine after everything was replanted again. We are dealing with a drought so this year we will have to make sure our well don’t get dry.

    Last year was very challenging for us as well. Seems like the weather is changing all over but we, as gardeners can’t give up. We all keep trying.

    Last year we lost big trees and a huge evergreen tree to all the high winds. I really hate loosing large trees or any trees.
