I do a combo of planting in grow bags I make and also use the Kratky method of hydroponics in grow towers.

I have made my own grow bags with a sewing machine.

My wake up call for the war on food came with a book ->

    See attached pic.

After reading this book I cam to realize that the big guys can destroy the small guys just by adding small rules that cost the small guy to be in the game, thus zero competition for the big guys. This happens over and over again.

Futher, I became aware of a movie called “Farmagedon”

Full movie here with adds ->

With this movie I realized the Fed gov has an agenda to destroy those who do not OBEY their rules. Now, I am all about safe food, if someone get sick and it is found to be food, then changes have to be made, but the war on the Amish, and the freedom of the small guy is very real.

We are now in Russia, and to trade you will now be using the black market to get food, good food. I support the right for closed coops if they want raw milk to drink. If people want to not use a USDA facility to process meat they should be left alone. Sadly those in the Fed gov do not leave peaceful farmers who produce clean good food alone.

I find it to be use useful for sandy soil, but not needed if your soil is good already.

This video is one of the best for breaking the char to small size.

I have found that biocar is like a hotel for bacteria. You have to make your hotel a 5 star hotel by innocutating the biochar. I have found for me it is the worm bin is the best way to innocuate as the bacteria setup show, and there are many nutrients that char will soak up and then give back as a slow release fertilizer for the plants.

I have a stock tank that i have used for my aquaponics for years, just don’t grow bananas in them as the banana roots will crack the sides of the tank 😉 I had a friend find that out the hard way. But I also use IBC containers that I cut in half, paint them so the sun won’t destroy them, and set them up on cement blocks for waist high gardening.

I throw all the beans out where they can root and grow. Never know the beans may grow well here….

Kimble sure is a smart guy. I have used an old meat grinder, but electric machines are so much faster.

Yeah clay can be a tough one, I have found layers of wood chips like Back to Eden gardening sure can help to loosen the soil, it does make it a better place for the earthworms to tunnel thru and bring more life.
