Being born and raised in Maine, I’m used to being totally covered in snow up to our necks or more, icicles the height of a 7 year old, power outages, opening the stove, boiling water to have a bath, so this isn’t nothing new in terms of cold, but it is weird being in Massachusetts this year and having zero snow, like all winter where we are. Controlled manipulated weather that’s why. Anyways, we stood out in the cold today around 5:30-6:00 and it was 15 degrees but feels like -1. After 30 or so minutes my fingers were numb and had to go back to the car. Now at 8:30 it’s about 12-13 degrees, wind gusts 6-13 mph. Nothing out of the ordinary here, minus not having snow, which I’m totally fine with. We have 0 degree sleeping bags, candles, tactical flashlights, etc, just incase because we are on the grid. But hopefully not for long!!!! Lord willing!!!! I am so glad to know the Good Lord. I can’t have a fire, so I’m putting one up on YouTube. Got to make the best of what you got now to get where you’re going to go! Amen!

Requesting fervent Prayers for my 44 year old mom and 18 year old brother. They are homeless in Maine and now struggle with addiction. It IS FREEZING up there, I’m in Massachusetts and I’m cold today. Also pray for their safety and that they are alive. The last time I got ahold of my mom she said in a text that she got into a car accident on November 30 in the heavy rain, she said “I love you, talk soon” and that’s the last I’ve heard of her. It’s been almost an entire month. Thank you.

Go to the Lord in prayer as a humble servant and read your KJV bible. 200+ modern versions have corruptions, the King James stands alone every time, not the NKJV. Studies show. It’s actually easier to read, because it MAKES SENSE.

But what about the NIV? The word “Lucifer” is clean, bald-headed gone and now this creature is identified as the “morning star”. Lucifer is the “morning star” in the NIV.

So we know that in the NIV the “morning star” is a negative, evil figure. Right? He was fallen from heaven. He was cast down to the earth. Can we find the “morning star” anywhere else in the NIV? Yes! The following passages in the NIV show the “morning star” as Jesus Christ! But the NIV just called the fallen creature of Isaiah 14:12 “morning star”. Lucifer AND Jesus are ONE in the NIV! Lord have mercy, Jesus! Help me, Lord.

Hey! Off the top of my head and what I currently have in my First Aid.

Basic Tool Supplies for First Aid:

• Tons of Nitrile/Sterile non latex gloves

• Bags to dispose bio with (even a sandwich bag.)

• Alcohol / alcohol wipes

• Gauze wrap + pads

• Small soap (squeezable)

• Small Hand sanitizer

• Sterile tweezers

• Sterile scissors

• Hydrogen Peroxide

• Mustard packets and aluminum foil together helps reduce and soothe the heat of a burn (you’ll want it if you need it. Just like the rest!)

• Wraps for sprain injuries

• Bandaids/Bandages

• Menstrual pads (multi-use)

• Clean socks

• Clean underwear

• CPR mask

• Eyewash solution

• Syringes

• Small measuring cup (for taking meds)

• Thermometer

• Duck Tape (yes)

Basic EDC (every day carry)

– Your carry weapons and holsters alike

– Utility belt of some sort (has to be reliable and sturdy enough for weather and labor)

– Easy to use personal carrying knife

– Something to forage with ^ (can be the same blade but I prefer to use two separate knives.)

– Lighters + Matches (multi-use of course, you can scrap the plastic of the lighter with a knife to start a fire in the rain if you ever need to in a dire situation.)

– Water / Way to filter, purify and store enough for 1 gallon per person per day. (Minimum.)

– Some type of microfiber cloth/hanker-chief

– Small carrying case (like “altoid” mint can size) to put small things in

– Rubber bands, paper clips.

– Writing utensil (at least a pencil)

– Paracord

– Small shelter option (like a tent) backpack/keep it car

– Something to cook in (Titanium is smart for open fire.)

– Small hatchet axe to carry and chop (vehicle storage)

Some Basic Medications:

• Vitamin E / Beeswax

• Aloe Vera

• Calamine lotion

• Poison ivy solution medication (Jewelweed IS the BEST. Cold pressed especially.) Collodial oatmeal baths are also necessary if it’s in hard to reach areas.

• 2 or more black tea bags (astringent)

• Honey (add turmeric stops a big bite from swelling and pulls out the venom from any bite naturally)

• Antibiotic ointments

• Silver gel and/or small spray amber bottle of colloidal silver

• Petroleum Jelly (helps to pull off a tight ring)

Bag Balm (soothes and heals cuts, blisters, dry skin)

• Ibuprofen (multiple pain relievers, different kinds)

• Allergy medicines

• Melatonin

• Any non refrigerated medications that are for personal use

• Anti-diarrhea meds

• Laxatives

• Diabetic needs

• Allergy needs

• Cayenne Pepper (hot but excellent for stopping blood – I’ve tried it.)

• Gingerroot extract or dried ginger chunks for digestion and anti-inflammatory

• Comfrey salve

• Echinacea extract

• Peppermint essential oil helps ease headaches and sing congestion

I have most of these in my first aid kits, but I’m always adding to it and modifying it as one should. It’s good to have backpacks full of these things and put them in multiple spots. You literally never know.

I would define “healthy living” as a person who is honestly balanced in terms of mind, body, spirit and soul. In a Godly way, between man or woman and The Father. Not in a carnal way. (Romans 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.) How does God define healthy? I also agree with absolutely needing first thing is a healthy relationship with God, THE CREATOR Himself. A person needs healthy food, healthy habits, healthy relationships, healthy routines, healthy boundaries, healthy perspective, this leads to consistency thus leading further towards longevity. (In the days of Noah, they lived to be hundreds and hundreds of years old.) Moreover, in order to be truly healthy, a well-rounded individual thrives when their environment reflects happy and healthy attributes. Healthy living isn’t all about what a person thinks healthy living is, it’s literally an inward journey, undefinable by man, only God can define a healthy person. A healthy person is loving, and if someone knows not the Creator, how can they know love? They can’t. They may be deceived by the false love and false light movement. Each individual must first understand who God is and what He is, so that they have relationship with Him, and not the world, in order to be truly healthy. It’s a spiritual thirst. You’ll always be still thirsty with the world’s water. Jesus He said drink from my water and never thirst again…(John 4:14 KJV)

😃 This is how I get a lot of MCT/coconut oil at once whilst simultaneously easing inflammation. I cook a lot with coconut oil (even tonight with mushrooms) as mushrooms do pair rather well with coconuts, and their oil/milk. So that’s perfect for adding both the Lion’s Mane mushroom together. You can use that much 🥥 dispersed throughout different recipes such as: energy (oatmeal) bars, baking, sweets, potatoes, (I use it a lot.) Bake/cook Fish with it and fish oil. Make coconut based clam/fish chowder, especially salmons and tunas. Vitamin B12. Cinnamon. Turmeric. (All these can be in capsule form, if need be, of course.)

Hey MrSunshine, I grew up in Maine, too! in fact I lived four blocks down from Stephen King’s house at one point when I was a child. Born and raised in Bangor. I’m not a fan of him though haha his house looks haunted and always gave me the creeps when I would walk by it. 😅
