Nana anher young are doing fine, she is a good mama rabbit. Kids are drinking and eating so no more fresh feed for Nana with young in the cage.

A month old now so 2 more weeks and than Nana back to Silver, or do you wean earlier? Reading 7 to 8 weeks? And the males and females apart, 2 cages are ready and 1 extra but maybe can use that one for the chicks.

Putting another round eggs in the incubator and let the second batch hatch in the other machine. Otherwise have to wait another 1,5 week, but my feeling says to incubate now and hatch in other. So I can put weekly eggs in, sooner ready and more eggs for us. Or more rounds for breeding and meat, wait and see.

My husband told me a story, that someone from work fixed up his home to finely live in. And the city told him good it is ready for the Flüchtlinge, he said no ready for my family. And the city Beamte said he was a racist! He is born and raced in this city, worked and saved money to buy a owned home. Fixed it up by his own hands and then he gets that slapped in his face!

I have been true some wired stuff, so I know he is telling the way it is. A hard working man, who does his stuff.

Look like you are doing great, way to work together and produce a lot together.

Was hoping my best friend was planning to she live in city limits, but she is to busy and makes it hard on herself. I just plan on my own and if she needs it is already done, she always thinks about others and forget her self.

Stay busy with the rabbits, they are great! My husband was doubting, but on his work they were saying how great it is that his wife keeps chickens and planning rabbIts. So as soon as he told me that, just bought a trio and suddenly there were 3 rabbits. And the fist Nana has here first litter, but only the trio stays.

So curious what to cook, thinking abou a stew because favored by my husband and the taste.

Sorry but it is good to see I am not alone, already though I was nuts well a crazy chicken lady for sure. While my husband thinks it is a good idea to drive remote controlled cars with our son, I work in the garden. Son javing fun so let the kids play around, but his way doing groceries now is not buying at all because the prices are so high and still going up.

Everything I was saying was nonsense and will see be ok no worries, took last pasta and he would bring new but he did not. Asked if I was cooking pasta, said from what if we do not have any left.

Still not now I am still preparing and already for quite some time, but not going to tell till have to right. Took the extra canned vegetables away, he can not remember and i exchange them out by first in first out.

I love to see the man standing by there wife’s and help them, but I know the feeling you described hold on keep going with or without the men. They get less food when shtf and no extras or treats right.

We compost with our chickens, like you can see on you tube.

Also with a normal composter, than the chickens take over and work it in the garden.

And we have a composting machine, https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=TeIdHAMT9P0&pp=ygUTSm9yYSA1MTAwIGNvbXBvc3Rlcg%3D%3D . Should be other topic with 2 videos on Freesteading.

The normal hand turned ones we have to, work great to.

In the machine goes al the kitchen waste, coffee and tea grounds, chicken and rabbit manure. Every week or longer compost if we can put in a lot. With the hand turning every month or so. And with the chickens, goes really fast and they do garden work pest control good chickens.
