So nice to see you so blessed, just watch out with your dog so close the fire. To warm do not pet them to mutch, keep them hardy.

Each seed gives a chance, we are blessed with some seeds again this year. Also Goji, 5 different kinds.

I put the eggs in the incubator and not let the chickens go broody. The ladies are to heavy and will crack the eggs. It will cost there health, so no natural brooding here.
Also the amount is to mutch to handle, 2 big machines do the work for all of us.

Now it is time to get a new puppy, to train for our sun. Does that count to?
My therapy is growing stuff and enjoy the live chicken show, seeing our sun being happy just being a kid. Drinking coffee or tea and relaxing on the porch, a cood cook out with dear friends.

Does it help to know it is not so nice to let them live, know people wo breed with them that is not my cup of tea. Those are missable chickens, they think different and the chickens have a lovely life.
Do not worry, if you give them a good life by taking good care of them. With respect from beginning to end, also butchering and preparing it is ok. Be blessed with there offering, it is good not to forget and feeling.

I guess I am having a lack of humor here.

As long as my husband brings home food, I will cook. Do not have to tell him yet what I have been doing all those years, as long sticking his head in the sand and saying it is going to be alright not so bad right now all good. Complaining about the prices going up and not going down again, not everything being there and stuff missing.
Hopefully if all goes well, a used rabbit cage is coming. Start with 1 or 2 female and one 1 male, 3 of the 6 filled. 3 left for the young should be able to work right. Husband thinks I am crazy, but he know being meat is expensive if it is there and to choose from.
Turkey he is looking forward to, but I want to keep them separate from the chickens. And for now I am arranging for the rabbits.
Respect for all you ladies!

Had a bad experience this year, my first I knew it from my dad though. My husband sad do not be such a meme, I sad just hope I do not have it from my dad. He started to worry realy fast and was not laughing anymore.
How do you deal with the “fear”, I feel so uncomfortable with wesp and bees around.

Old for rabbits is it not? We definitely want It all, but it will take time, before the rabbits can come.

The Black Jersey and Barbezieux are just a pray as well to, chicken have to lurn fast to the dangers and have enough hiding places.
Remember the color gives the use, white for meat and also good amount of eggs, and black for eggs.

I prepared to be able to work with hand tools, just in case we run out. So we can still grow.
And help out the farmers, in exchange for milk and such. If I have to help out with milking by hand, guess not many people can still milk by hand. But with no power, they have to and that 2 times a day with all those cows. Cooling the milk is going to be a big problem, not picking up the milk. But maybe there is a way to process some milk fast, enough to be used that day or more if cool weather.
Making cream, butter, Joghurt, cheese and just milk. Hope it will not come to this, so mutch will be spilled and lost.
All the animals in danger in there stalls, if power is gone. And people to, may not think of all that.
