    I worked for electric coop for 40 years, much of that time responsible for right of way maintenance. Herbicides are an essential part of that program to keep costs down and reliability high. In Oklahoma we have the right and in fact the responsibility to maintain our rights of way but we always notified landowners prior to spraying to ensure they were good with it. If you operate an organic operation, the state has a database that utilities use to avoid these areas.

    Yes we would spray with farm animals in a pen or pasture.
