here are a couple of ideas
- park up around the corner from the fifteen [15] minute marker then walk to the other side where you have friend or family or colleague and-such waiting the other side who have also parked around the corner and voila you have non-consented to and have scuppered their plan
- start up local businesses and farmers-markets in your area just like we had back in the day like butchers greengrocers fishmongers haberdashery bakeries hardware ironmongers drapers cobblers furniture corn-chandlers-and-pet and much more

Do not comply, bring it for the court and see how legal it is. Sabotage the borders, cameras and so on. Underground 15 minutes residents…
