Got on delivered today and it wouldn’t power up.I put it on 1 charger 6 hrs later it had 65% charge but the charge register says it charging zero watts.I sent a email to customer support but no answer today.I used Ap’s code 831 to the door.

They generally reply afterhours. I had the same issue with my 1500 – took 3 tries to get a good one, Also, e-mail is generally a better way to communicate with them – and send a picture of the unit on the charger and not charg9ing beyond 65%. I would be really surprised if they did not get on it pretty quick.

I guess they are in China cause they sent me a message around 7pm central and said they are sending me a label and are sending me another unit.I hope it’s a good 1.I don’t like buying Chinese but thats what’s out there
