The proposed attack on all sources of meat; the proposed law banning hunting, fishing and raising your own meat.
My first thought(right after “oh hell no!!”) was sure because the whole west coast does so well managing their forests to prevent the annual massive forest fires. Because Portland is such a shining example of city management.
Begs the question rather the “west coast brain rot” is spreading.

WHAT??? hunting and fishing?? I don’t think that will hold up very well with Americans who enjoy these sports.

I don’t think this one is the one Pinball was refering to. This one is after the use of lead and seems limited to the east coast waterlands noted, 6 areas. Oregon is trying to do away with ALL hunting, fishing and raising of livestock for meat.
Risking raising wrath here, I have seen reports of the adverse effects of lead shot on ducks who swallow it while feeding on the bottom (as ducks do)…..use of non-lead (more expensive) shot will be allowed.
