Yeah, watching how they thought they could get all the calories they needed from what was around was a real wake up call for reality verses fantasy. Also the imparment of judgement when you are low on calories people were doing stupid things after they were hungry.

I remember the one where the guy developed an eating disorder (forget what they called it). Essentially starving himself to death rationing the food he had available. They took him out for health reasons. That one left an impression on me since he did have a lot of dried fish available.

I do not think it was a disorder, it was reasonable that you budget your food. What he did not consider was his weight was what they were measuring to determine if he won or loss, thus his plan failed. The key would be to use the fewest calories, and drink lots of water right before they weigh you 😉
