    I am often amazed at how narrowly bureaucrats think. It’s like if it isn’t in their book pf procedures they don’t know what to do. The key is to take advantage of this. It’s like the farmer in Florida who sold raw milk as a soil amendment. There is usually enough wiggle room in any rule to give a creative person a way to counteract it. I’ll end with a good t-shirt slogan, “We can innovate faster than you can regulate”

      It’s the difference between expecting everything to go your way and having to figure out how to pivot when things don’t.
