    If you’re in 6B you probably have a fairly short season so…

    It may be time to get your peppers and Brussels sprouts at a minimum started in solo cups indoors about this time.

    You could start lettuces, but be prepared to protect the, when you set them out.

    Rusted Gardner suggests cutting the bottom out of milk jugs to put over lettuce plants in the early days to protect from unexpected frosts and add daytime heat to the plant. His experiment was a brilliant success.

    You know you live in the mountains when you type in the name of your town and it says zones 6a,6b and 5a! Lol I’m 6a I think. Lol
