as we are in February i guess it be best start here
i am new to all this thus what would be your recommendations be for February sowing indoors and or outdoors and for what zones you recommend thereof

If you’re in 6B you probably have a fairly short season so…
It may be time to get your peppers and Brussels sprouts at a minimum started in solo cups indoors about this time.
You could start lettuces, but be prepared to protect the, when you set them out.
Rusted Gardner suggests cutting the bottom out of milk jugs to put over lettuce plants in the early days to protect from unexpected frosts and add daytime heat to the plant. His experiment was a brilliant success.
Tomatoes in a few weeks
There are many charts online and at the farmers almanac.
