Pest problems, Purple Hull Peas
Does anyone have tips for purple hull peas zone 7? I am having an issue that starts with holes in leaves, then turning pale & dying.
I had 2 patches over the summer, they did great. This is a new phenomenon I have never experienced. My front garden was wiped out and it has spread to the back as well… any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I pulled a lot of them. An odd thing happened though I realized it was a passing thing and about half my crop survived?
There were large holes in the leaves and were turning white and brown. At some point I noticed them greening back up.
Fluke?

We recently had what looks like similar issues with our black-eyed peas. Found small fuzzy worms on the underneath side of the leaves. The worms created large white areas that became large holes and finally the leaf turned brown. A bit of BT took care of them and plants are back to thriving.
