    Anyone out there just taken bits and pieces of their garden and chop chop – froze up some stir fry? I do dehydrate as well as vaccumn pack. Seems a good fast way to use up odds and ends. 🙂

    Yup!!! We pickle it and call it chow chow or mixed pickles lol everything goes in it except root crops. And boy it goes perfect with some pinto beans and cornbread 🙃 maybe it’s a TN thing lol
