Fall crop striped/flecked green beans?

Does anybody know why my fall crop green beans would discolor with stripes and flecks? They are grown from the same seed packet that I used for the spring planting and my spring beans were perfectly green. I’ve looked for an answer and haven’t found one. Not sure if they should be eaten. Any ideas?

The streaks of color could be the type of bean used or just because it’s late season. Either way, they are safe to eat. 🤗

Thanks for your input. I guess that’s my concern since I can’t pinpoint the exact cause, is that I can’t be sure then if they are safe to eat🤔
